Short version: this site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics. The contact form and the release list send us what you type, and nothing else. Accounts store what is needed to run your subscription and support requests.

This website
Pages are static files served by Microsoft Azure. Azure records standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, time) for security and capacity, retained for [N] days. We set one item in your browser's local storage to remember a light or dark theme choice. It never leaves your device. There are no analytics scripts, advertising pixels or third-party fonts.
Contact form and release list
When you send the contact form we receive your name, email, what the message is about, an optional company name and the message itself. When you join the release list we receive your email address. Both are delivered to our studio inbox through Azure Communication Services and kept as long as the conversation or the list is active. We use them only to reply to you or to send release news, and we do not sell or share them.
Accounts and products
You sign in with Apple, Google or Microsoft. They confirm who you are and send us your name, your sign-in email (or Apple's private relay address) and an account id; we never see your password. An account holds that, your contact email and notification choice, your company if you work with us on a project, the devices you list for testing, the betas you join, support requests with the files you attach to them, and project records such as builds, decisions and invoices. Attached files are stored privately and are only available to you, your company's members on that request, and the studio. We do not take payments on this site. Account data lives in Azure in the United States and is retained while the account is open and for [N] months after it closes, except invoices, which we keep for [N] years as the law requires.
Each product has its own in-app notice describing any data it processes on the device or in the cloud.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion at any time by emailing privacy@savillinteractive.com from the address on the account. Release list emails include an unsubscribe line. Deleting an account removes support history, builds and license keys for everyone on it.
Changes
We will post changes here with a new effective date. Material changes to how account data is used are also sent by email to account owners.
